World Vision

World Vision Updates for the Metagenics Family

Giving a child the gift of a better life is an invaluable feeling. Since 2003 Metagenics on behalf of our valued Practitioners, have sponsored 30 World Vision children (with five new children added this year). Every few months we receive many letters from our sponsored children telling us the stories of how our money is changing their world. The following few stories highlight the difference our contributions are making to our World Vision children, their families and their communities.

Caroline Tokoda
Sex: Female, DOB: 8/09/1999, Country: Zimbabwe - Bulawayo

Caroline Tokoda was part of the Civi Tiritose project in Zimbabwe, with the help of World Vision, Caroline and her family have been able to move from this project to become self-reliant. Carolines father was offered land to farm independently with irrigation and since this they have been able to live off their land.

Wanitcha Sawatsanwong
Sex: Female, DOB: 6/03/1991, Country: Thailand

Wanitcha Sawatsanwong has previously been living with her grandmother, however now that her grandmother is very old her extended family has taken her in and been able to provide for her and support her. Wanitcha is attending school and dreams of becoming a teacher.

Zeinabu Bagano
Sex: Female, DOB: 8/04/1999, Country: Kenya

Zeinabu Bagano’s Father, was a peasant farmer unable to secure full-time employment. Through our sponsorship, Zeinabu’s father has been trained by World Vision to assist in building homes and schools. From his training Zeinabu and her father have moved from the project area as Zeinabu’s father has secured a full-time job.
