Dr Sandra Einerhand, PhD
Dr Sandra Einerhand is a leading expert in microbiome and postbiotic research based in the Netherlands. She holds a PhD in Biomedicine and was an associate professor at Erasmus MC (Rotterdam) and assistant professor at the Academic Medical Centre (Amsterdam), specialising in gut health and nutrition. She has authored more than 100 scientific publications and speaks frequently at international conferences. Now an independent nutrition science consultant, Sandra will discuss postbiotics, their growing role in healthcare, and insights from the latest clinical study.
