Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.

Contains 45mg potassium per tablet.

"Best Vitamins in the Business! ❤️ I was advised by my doctor long time ago to take these vitamins- they certainly do work ! they give you lots of energy! Be warned do not take them late in the afternoon. Take them first thing in the morning as they will supply enough energy that you will be jumping out of your skin and may find it hard to sleep if taken late! Sometimes I even halve the tablet ! But make sure I take a full one when I have to do like long drives or a lot of farm work They come in men’s or women’s supplying you with exactly what you need, not just a general vitamin pill !"
