Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.

Contains 45mg potassium per tablet.

"Good selection of supplements without the usual over the top extras you get in many other brands. Just a good basic multivitamin. Just Essentials you would normally get in your diet without adding extras that are not found in the basic food chain. The only downside, is the tablets are quite large probably because they have sprouts added. Great product when you want a small amount of all sources without adding too much to your recommended daily allowance."
