Adults: Add 1 1/2 metric teaspoons (6.1g) in 200mL of water once daily with food.

Children 4 to 11 years: Add 1 metric teaspoon (4.07g) in 100mL of water once daily with food.

  • This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
  • Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
  • Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur.
  • Contains 150mg of potassium per 6.1g dose.

"Effective and delicious. I’ve been taking Mineral Essentials for years and will not go without it. My whole life I’d felt tired despite eating well, exercising, sleeping well, taking multivitamins and extra iron when needed. Doctors had always told me this was normal because I’m female.
