Directions

Adults only: Add 1 level scoop (19g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains phenylalanine. Contains 21mg total caffeine per 19g dose. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. To be taken with food. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur. Sweetened with steviol glycosides. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
